To keep things as simple as possible, we've narrowed the process down to 2 general rules of thumb.

1.  Anywhere that you can pull your skin with your hands to get the look you want...

You can do the same using Sculpt499 to hold it there.

(e.g. If you can flatten your tummy by using your hands to pull your excess skin from the sides towards your back, then use a piece of tape in the same manner to pull the skin to each side and fix it to your back)

2.  Apply your shape so that the tape's stretch direction follows the natural stretch direction of your skin.

(e.g. when using on your butt, the stretch direction should be vertical to allow flexibility when bending or sitting)

The following are just some of the other known uses for Sculpt499 - Breast Lift & Full Body Sculpting Tape:

  • Tummy Tuck: Some people may have success by pulling the skin horizontally from the sides towards the back, while others may get a better result by directly pulling the belly vertically up or down.

  • Thigh Gap: Pull the excess skin from the inner thigh towards the outer, again different body types will require varied application. Usually pulling from the inner thigh to the back will get results. However, some people may find better results by pulling forward.

  • Thigh Lift: Pulling your upper thigh skin up towards your hip can help remove those knee wrinkles when wearing shorts or skirts above the knees.

  • Hide a Muffin Top or Back Fat: Everyone will have their own individual requirements for this, just use your hands to pull your skin around in different directions, when you find the best result, just replicate the same action with some Sculpt499 Body Tape.

These are just a few ideas to get you started, If you have discovered another great use that works for you, we'd love to hear about it!

Stretch Direction

When cut and fitted correctly, the tape should be quite comfortable to wear and should not be too restrictive to movement.

then the stretch direction may be incorrect creating potential for skin irritation or injury.

Remove and replace accordingly with a new piece of 'SCULPT 499' tape.

  •  Daily. (Product not intended as a substitute for regular underwear)

       WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

  •  Wearing a small test piece of tape (for 1 hour) to test for allergies or skin reactions 24 hours prior to full usage.

  •  Using for shorter periods to begin with e.g. 2-3 hours first time, then 4-5 hours etc.

  •  Using nipple protective covers for use on breasts.

 IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Read thoroughly before using this product.

Optimal Stretch Direction - This tape is designed to stretch primarily along the length with very little stretch across its width,
When designing your shapes, use the stretch in the same direction that you intend to pull the tape when applying it to your skin.
e.g. For breast lift: Optimal stretch direction should be vertical (up & down).
This ensures adequate flexibility and will prevent unnecessary friction against the skin.
